One of my best moments with pizza was when I was 12 and it was my birthday. My family and I ate at the Pizza Palace, my favorite recipe when I grew up. I remember the day exactly because I will never forget which type of pizza I had for the first time, that pizza was Buffalo Chicken pizza with bleu cheese. Even though it was almost too spicy I got to drink my favorite drink, Dr. Pepper. The most memorable part was when the pizza first came because it came on a super hot platter, but looked so good that my mouth was watering. As I took my first bite I got all sorts of tastes in my mouth, from spicy to salty, to refreshing. It was like the Ratatouille feeling in my mouth, different flavors were jumping around in my mouth for almost an hour until the pizza was finished. Then came dessert, it was a large slice of cheesecake with strawberries and whip cream. I could promise you it was about +400 calories in that one slice. Since I was so full from the pizza I let my whole family eat parts of it, but saving the best part like the crust, with strawberries and cream. That day was so memorable because it was the best birthday dinner I have ever had, from the delicious food, to the great laughs we had to the amazing gifts I received while I was eating dessert.
