 I  am making  muffins for thanksgiving but don’t know which ones , I  have three recipes I would make a pie but most of family hates pie. The choate has a sweet favor and  creamy filling. But the blue berry  is  favored by most of grandparents. There is also this Spanish muffin  which makes the most sense to make. It is from Colombia. It this raisin muffin  that  taste like  a fruit muffin it a pasted down it a secret to me because I don’t get it yet . but it arare muffin that is very fruity

Seems to me that if you are making a muffin, a pumpkin flavored muffin would be very appropriate
this time of year. You could put a streusel topping on it. Streusel is a blend of butter, brown sugar, flour and sometimes oatmeal.
Let me know what you end up making. Maybe you could post a photo of it.
