I first discovered just how amazing crepes were when I went to Paris just over a year ago. You could get them just about anywhere you went with just about anything on them. We even stopped for dinner at a restaurant that’s sole purpose was to make specialty crepes.
Crepes can be found all over the world but were originally created in Brittany, France. Ones made with buckwheat are traditionally more for savory meals like lunch and dinner. A crepe made with white flour is usually for breakfast and dessert crepes that are sweeter.

You traveled to Paris!!! Please write more about your foodie experiences there.
I love to travel or should I say, I love to food travel. Around the world, I have eaten things that I still crave to this day. I have even had the opportunity to return to a few...one, a patisserie in Paris and another, a falafel stand, also in Paris in the Jewish Quarter, as well as an unforgettable teensy tapas place in Barcelona for which I had only my vague memory, four years later, of it's location to rely on to find it again. The same woman was waiting tables as had been there the first time and when I told her the story, she hugged me. Wonderful stuff.
