AEP Greek Chicken with Herbs When I was on vacation in Florida I went to a restaurant at Disney’s Boardwalk called Kouzzina by Cat Cora. I ordered a Mediterranean dish called Greek Chicken with Herbs. It was not an ordinary chicken dish. The taste truly came from an herb that was imported from Greece. This herb was found near seashores in Greece. It had a sweet flavor which meant that it was freshly used. This herb was sprinkled onto the chicken which gave the chicken a little more flavor. It was in a creamy yellow sauce and it was served with potatoes. I truly enjoyed this meal.
