Colony Grill - Best Thin Crust Pizza Around

The best pizza that I ever ate was at colony grill in Stamford/Fairfield Connecticut.
“Colony Grill opened in 1935 in an Irish neighborhood in Stamford Connecticut. Since then Colony has become famous for what is now its only menu offering, a one of a kind thin crust pizza.
It’s one of the best thin crust pizzas that I ever had in my life. My favorite pizza pie from Colony Grill is cheese pizza with stingers on top. If you don’t know what a stinger is it’s a very hot pepper. Another original thing is the hot oil which adds a little more flavor to the pizza. The oil is added after the pizza is cooked. I was surprised to hear that most people don’t know what an Irish pizza is. This Irish restaurant has become popular in Stamford. All my friends in Norwalk go there a lot and tell me that it’s one of the best pizzas that they ever had. Just when you thought Italian pizza was good. I say try this thin crust pizza and it will blow your mind!
