Review on Yeast Unit

We made pretzels! First we made the dough by mixing the yeast with warm water to activate it. Then we added all of our other ingredients in and started to shape them into pretzels. My group made more pretzel nuggets than anything, but we did make our own actual pretzels. Then we put them in a mixture of baking soda and water on a boil, so we can get that golden brown color. After we put salt on them, we popped them in the oven and cleaned up, waiting for our lovely pretzels. Once they came out, we all got our own and split the pretzel nuggets up and started eating them.
